DR JOSIE McLEAN PHD
Climate Change/Environment

Josie began her career as a financial analyst and corporate strategic planner in the automotive and finance industries. She has been fascinated by the intersection of strategy, people, process and change ever since. In 1999, she commenced her executive coaching practice that extended into organisational cultural evolution by 2009. During that year Josie also received the global International Coach Federation President’s 2009 Award for her contribution as a co-founder of the professional coaching industry in Australasia.

Josie’s doctoral thesis involved her as an external change agent within a client organisation to understand how an organisation might transform itself to nurture people and planet– just like a person might – from the inside out.

She continues to work in the ambiguous space of adaptive learning and change within organisations and communities.

Increasingly her work is turning to teaching others what she has learned about complex challenges and how to move forward within them.

Josie continues to research and publish as a Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide’s Yunus Social Business Centre and is also a
co-founder on the global Climate Coaching Alliance initiative.

LARISA VAKULINA
Wellness Business

“The education and welfare of my children was the driving force that led us to settle in this country in 1994. Recognizing that coming from a different cultural background was strength, not a weakness; we have developed Expo-Trade in a successful business.” Larisa Vakulina, 1999

Coming from different background and culture and not knowing English language, with Engineering-Economic Degree from Soviet Union, which has not been recognised in Australia, Larisa needed to start to build her life from the beginning. For the first year or so Larisa studied English to the level that was enough for her to be enrolled into the MBA program at University of Adelaide. The idea of trading in agricultural commodities including livestock was based on solid connections back to her mother land and huge scarcity of food supply at that time. Growing business was very challenging and ambitious goal which required stronger set of skills in Leadership and Management and Larisa was always eager to learn. She took a course in Harvard Business School in 2007. Business experienced very fast growth and both business and Larisa were recognised by receiving number of prestigious awards.

2002 Finalist, Telstra Business Woman of the Year Awards

2003 Finalist, Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards

2003 3rd Fastest Growing Company in Australia, BRW Fast 100 Awards

2005 Listed among 50 most successful entrepreneurs in SA in the “STATE OF MIND” book written by Chris Double and Karen Baldwin

2007 The Asia-Pacific Council for Woman Award: “Woman of Distinction”

2007 Her business was ranked Australia’s 3rd Fastest Growing Company by BRW magazine, with an annual turnover of $12 million achieved within five years of setup.

2008 Finalist, National Ethnic Business Award for SA

The challenges of that rapid growth and accompanying stresses led to a health crisis for Larisa which nearly claimed her life. Her resulting journey back to health from breast cancer involved deep inner exploration and an intensive 4-year US holistic health training and energy healing program at the World’s Premium Healing School that teaches science about Human Energy Consciousness System and its multidimensional nature. Visit ( Barbara Brennan School of Healing, Florida US www.barbarabrennan.com)

She has integrated learnings from these experiences to develop a powerful self-leadership and organic growth model to maximise both business and personal potential. As a significant addition to this, she also established, Askara  www.askar.com.au an outstanding Wellbeing and Education centre, located on 89 acres of land on top of Willunga Hill in South Australia.

Now I work with Entrepreneurs, Founders, Business Leaders and Owners of SME and guide them energetically to hit their income goals without burnout, triple their energy, build emotional stamina, transform attitude, have success in relationships and create the life they enjoy. I help them to heal their ‘success wound’ that keeps them from having it all. I intuitively and energetically support them with tools and strategies to make their lives balanced, abundant and enjoyable. I have walked both roads - ‘business success at any cost’ and ‘effortless success in all areas of life’”.

Why I am different? Because I become one with your energy, I see, sense, hear and feel your energy allowing me to get to your core instantly. This fast-tracks your success. Changing patterns and programming that have kept you stuck normally takes years, even decades. I help and facilitate such change much sooner through having access to your energy consciousness system.

Larisa is also an Honorary Consul-General of Russian Federation in SA and WA and Justice of the Peace of SA. She is mother of two wonderful growing up men and grandmother of 6 beautiful grandchildren.

Is there anything I can help you with please book a call with me via www.askara.com.au Or just SMS me on 0411533501 to make time for a call.
